• Usage Analytics: We don't monitor which phrases you view, how long you study, or your learning patterns
• Device Information: No collection of device identifiers, IP addresses, or hardware details
• Purchases History: While Apple processes your premium purchase, we never see or store your payment information
• Favorites & Progress: Your saved phrases and learning progress stay only on your device
• Contacts or Photos: We never access your contacts, photo library, or other apps
• Behavioral Data: No tracking of your app interactions or user behavior

How the App Works

Sententia Latina operates entirely on your device:

• All phrases are stored locally in the app
• Your favorite phrases are saved only on your device using iOS's secure storage
• Quiz mode progress and language preferences are stored locally
• No data is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party
• The app works completely offline after initial download

In-App Purchases

When you purchase Premium access:

• All payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store
• We use Apple's StoreKit framework to verify your purchase
• We do not receive or store your payment information
• Purchase verification happens locally on your device
• Your purchase history is managed by Apple, not by us

Third-Party Services

Sententia Latina does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are:

• No advertising networks
• No analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• No social media integrations
• No crash reporting services
• No data brokers or marketing platforms

Children's Privacy

Sententia Latina is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. Because we don't collect any personal information from anyone, we are inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data Security

The best way to protect your data is to never collect it in the first place. Since Sententia Latina doesn't collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any server, there is no data that could be compromised, leaked, or misused.

Your locally stored preferences and favorites are protected by iOS's built-in security features.
