4. In-Game Chat

Schnapsen Pro (Šnaps Pro) includes a real-time chat feature available to players within a game room.

How chat messages are handled

• Messages are transmitted in real time to other players in the same game room.
• Messages are held in server memory solely for the duration of the session and are not written to a database.
• When a game room closes, all chat messages from that session are permanently discarded.

Moderation and safety

In-game chat messages may be reviewed by authorized Schnapsen Pro (Šnaps Pro) personnel for the purposes of moderation, security, customer support, fraud prevention, and investigating cheating, harassment or abuse. This may occur in response to a user report or as part of routine safety monitoring. Authorized personnel may also post in game room chats for moderation or support purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Schnapsen Pro (Šnaps Pro) integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign-In: For authentication on iOS devices
• Google Sign-In: For authentication on Android devices
• Apple App Store / Google Play: For processing subscription payments
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (see Advertising section below)
• Vungle (Liftoff Monetize): For displaying advertisements (see Advertising section below)
• Firebase Crashlytics: For crash reporting and app stability monitoring

6. Crash Reporting

Schnapsen Pro (Šnaps Pro) uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and improve app stability.

What Crashlytics Collects

• Crash logs and stack traces
• Device model and operating system version
• App version and state at time of crash
• A unique installation identifier (not linked to your account)

7. Advertising

Schnapsen Pro (Šnaps Pro) displays advertisements to users who do not have an active Pro subscription. We use Google AdMob and Vungle (Liftoff Monetize) to serve these ads.

What Our Ad Partners Collect

Our advertising partners may collect and process certain data to serve relevant advertisements, including:

• Device identifiers
• IP address
• General location (country/region)
• App usage data

• Subscribe to Pro: Pro subscribers do not see any advertisements

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

• Your profile and game statistics are permanently deleted
• Your email is removed from our systems
• Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: View your data in the app's Profile section
• Deletion: Delete your account from Settings > Delete Account
• Export: Request a copy of your data by contacting support

10. Children's Privacy

Schnapsen Pro (Šnaps Pro) is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. International Users

Schnapsen Pro (Šnaps Pro) complies with international privacy regulations including:
