1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bela Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Dot Product d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and operator of Bela Pro.

2. Description of Service

Bela Pro is a mobile card game application that allows users to:

• Play the traditional card game Bela (Belot) online with other players
• Track game statistics and progress
• Access premium features through a subscription

The free version of Bela Pro includes advertisements. Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person is permitted
• Accounts are non-transferable

4. User Conduct

When using Bela Pro, you agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames, room names, or chat messages
• Attempt to manipulate game statistics
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

5. Blocking and Reporting

5.1 Blocking Users

You may block other users to prevent them from sending you chat messages during games. Blocked users can still be matched with you in games, but their chat messages will be hidden from you.

5.2 Reporting Users

If you encounter a user who violates these Terms, you may report them through the app. When submitting a report:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Do not abuse the reporting system
• False or malicious reports may result in action against your own account

We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Pro Subscription

Bela Pro offers a premium subscription ("Pro Subscription") that provides additional features. Details about pricing and included features are available in the App.

6.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your device's settings

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6.4 Account Deletion with Active Subscription

You cannot delete your account while you have an active subscription. Cancel your subscription first, then delete your account after the subscription period ends.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bela Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices
• Availability at all times
• Security against all threats

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dot Product d.o.o. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or game progress
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions of other users

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
