• Authentication data: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier from these services

Game Data

• Game statistics: Wins, losses, and game history
• Subscription status: Whether you have an active Pro subscription

Technical Data

• Device identifier: A unique identifier for your device (vendor ID)
• Platform: iOS or Android
• Device model: The specific model of your device (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro)
• OS version: Your operating system version
• App version: The version of Bela Pro installed on your device

This technical data helps us provide support, fix bugs, and ensure compatibility across different devices.

5. Crash Reporting

Bela Pro uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and improve app stability.

What Crashlytics Collects

• Crash logs and stack traces
• Device model and operating system version
• App version and state at time of crash
• A unique installation identifier (not linked to your account)

6. Advertising

Bela Pro displays advertisements to users who do not have an active Pro subscription. We use Google AdMob to serve these ads.

What AdMob Collects

Google AdMob may collect and process certain data to serve relevant advertisements, including:

• Device identifiers
• IP address
• General location (country/region)
• App usage data

Your Choices

• Subscribe to Pro: Pro subscribers do not see any advertisements

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

• Your profile and game statistics are permanently deleted
• Your email is removed from our systems
• Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed

8. Your Rights

• Deletion: Delete your account from Settings > Delete Account
• Export: Request a copy of your data by contacting support

9. Children's Privacy

Bela Pro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Users

Bela Pro complies with international privacy regulations including:

Users in these regions have additional rights, including the right to request deletion of their data.
