1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Beautitia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Dot Product d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and operator of Beautitia.

2. Description of Service

Beautitia is a mobile beauty product management application that allows users to:

• Catalog and organize their beauty product collection
• Build and track daily skincare and beauty routines
• Manage a wishlist of products to try
• Access premium features through a subscription

Premium subscribers enjoy access to additional features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person is permitted
• Accounts are non-transferable

4. User Conduct

When using Beautitia, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App
• Use automated tools to access or scrape App content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you add to the App, including product entries, notes, and routines. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell or share your personal beauty data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Premium Subscription

Beautitia offers a premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Details about pricing and what is included are available in the App.

6.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your device's settings

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6.4 Account Deletion with Active Subscription

You cannot delete your account while you have an active subscription. Cancel your subscription first, then delete your account after the subscription period ends.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Beautitia is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices
• Availability at all times
• Security against all threats
• Accuracy of any product information or recommendations within the App

The App is intended for personal organization purposes only and does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional beauty advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dot Product d.o.o. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any decisions made based on information in the App

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
